For the past three years, I’ve been immersed in the world of pottery, finding my niche creating custom appliqué pieces featuring horses and dogs, along with intricate horse carvings.

My journey with clay began as a happy accident. After a lifetime of horse riding and nearly a decade as a trainer, I thought I’d left the equestrian world behind. Then an impromptu trip to a local ceramic studio introduced me to wheel-throwing, and I discovered a way to merge my love of horses and sculpting with this new medium.

What makes my carved pottery special is the collaboration with my mom. Her original drawings serve as the foundation for each carved piece, making every creation a family affair filled with shared creativity.
